Ingredients
Oat powder (67%), water, coconut oil, chickpea isolate, salt, vanillin, gellan. Oats are gluten-free.

Preparation
Soak a sheet briefly in 230ml water and then mix it in the blender for about 30 seconds.

One sheet and 230ml water make 250ml Mililk.
